Black & white photograph of Alasdair Sinclair (1923-2009), Brock, as a boy with a hand-made `sail-bike` on the machair. Alasdair grew up to be an international engineer. He was also one of An Iodhlann`s most enthusiastic co-founders. (original stored in filing cabinet 9 drawer 4)
Composition about water, transport, heating and lighting in the Cornaig School building and grounds from the 1920s to 1970s. Written by Archie MacKinnon, Cornaigmore, who was the school janitor from 1952 to 1992.

Two photocopied letters from Marion Blair of Partick, Glasgow, to her brother and sister, Duncan and Georgina, in 1931. The letters tell of the death of their brother Archie (Dunne?) in Glasgow and the difficulty and expense of transporting his coffin to Tiree via Oban.
