Documents, articles and photograps relating to the endangered Eriskay Pony breed of the outer Hebrides. The Eriskay Pony Society was set up in 1972 to prevent the extinction of the breed. One of the founders was Robert Beck, vet, and resident of Tiree.

Collection of 23 colour photographs taken in 2008 by B Greenshields, son of F Greenshields who was one of the five sailors who died while escaping HMS Sturdy when it foundered on rocks off Sandaig in October 1940. Includes gravestones at Soroby Cemetery, B Greenshields laying a wreath, site of wreck, “the Sturdy Bell”, Elean and David Allison holding the Sturdy Bell, Sturdy plaque, and view of Sandaig from the wreck site. Also a letter from B Greenshields to Polly and Duncan `Cèabhar` thanking them for their hospitality.
