Bound extracts from Crew Lists & Agreements 1845-1920 held at the National Archives at Kew giving, under each ship, the names of Tiree sailors, their age and address, rank, the dates of the voyage, and the sailor`s previous ship. (Some overlap in dates with previous accessions). Plus correspondence between researcher/donor John C. MacLean and Dr John Holliday in 2008.

Newspaper obituary from 1909 for Ann MacKinnon, Canada, formerly Tiree
Photocopy of an obituary from a Canadian newspaper dated June 1909, for Mrs Ann MacKinnon (formerly Clark, nee MacDonald) who was born on Tiree in about 1836. Ann emmigrated to Brock township, Ontario, with her father Donald MacDonald and seven siblings shortly after her mother Eliza Lamont died. Ann moved to Bruce County with her first husband, Malcolm Clark, with whom she had two children, then to Brandon Hills with her second husband Hugh MacKinnon (also originally from Tiree), with whom she had eight children.
