Photocopy of a letter from the Argyll & Bute archivist, Murdo MacDonald, to Hector MacPail, Ruaig, dated 26 March 1997, regarding information about millers at the Cornaigmore meal mill from 1864 to the 1920s, and doctors between 1911 and 1929.

Heavy, calf-skin bound, hardback book belonging to Lachlan MacKinnon, Hillcrest. On the inside cover is an ornately hand-drawn name plate `John McCallum` with the date cut from the top of a newspaper `Saturday, March 3, 1877`. John McCallum may have been the husband of Mrs McCallum (Monica Smith`s grandmother) that Lachlan MacKinnon drove to bible meetings. Includes a photocopy of a torn loose-leaf A3 drawing of `Bunyan`s Dream` that is stored separately in filing cabinet 9 drawer 4 (2013.61.2).

Contains images of birth certificate, war letters, medals, cap badge and shoulder title for 7th Battalion Cameronians, locket, silver threepeny piece, christmas card, army tag, silver cigarette case, commemorative scroll, letters from the War Graves Commission, the Red Cross and Union Cold Storage Company, obituary.

Typed bound booklet about Danina McKinnon of Ruaig by her descendant Alasdair Sinclair, Brock, and compiled by his niece, Mary Henderson. Includes images of birth certificate, prize medal from Free Church, School Merit Certificate, many pages from her `Goliath` school exercise book, hospital records, death certificate, rememberance card. Danina died at only 19 from “tumour in neck”.
