Letter from former Secretary of State for Transport Cecil Parkinson dated 20/9/1990 to Art Teacher Brian Milne enclosing signed photographs of himself. Brian took a class of pupils from Tiree High School to the airport to photograph the Minister`s arrival on a visit to the Radar Station. He developed the pupils` photographs and presented the Minister with copies as he was leaving Tiree.
