Kennedy (son of and residing with Donald Kennedy, Balevullin) is accused of stealing money from the house of Charles MacLean (cotter, Hillippol [Heylipol]). Statements are provided by Charles MacLean (cotter, Heylipol) and Archibald MacLean (shoemaker, Kilmoluaig).
