Transcript of a Police Report submitted to Tobermory Procurator Fiscal by Donald Campbell (Constable, Tiree) charging Mary Campbell (cottager, Balinoe) and Mary MacLean (wife of and residing with John MacLean, Balinoe) with the crime of assault and breach of the peace on 2 July 1864. Hector Henderson (apprentice with Donald MacLachlan, Balinoe) and John Campbell (brother of and residing with Archibald Campbell, Sheriff Officer, Balinoe) are named as witnesses.
