Black and white photograph of Katherine Brown (b. 1863), her husband Charles Upshall from Kippen in Ontario, and their children Frank (standing) and John (seated). The family settled in Gilroy, Saskatchewan. Katherine was the third child of Neil Brown (1819-1905) Heylipol, who emigrated with his wife Sarah Henderson to Canada in around 1847.
