First page of an account of the kidnapping in 1746 of Neil MacFaden and Donald `The Pilot` MacLean of Point House, Ruaig. Donald and Neil were taken to serve as navigators on a ship sent to rescue Charles Edward Stuart (Bonnie Prince Charlie) from the mainland after the Battle of Culloden.
