I am looking for information on the family of Archibald McLean, whose father John (born about 1786) was a “tenant in Kenovay” in the early 1800s. Would appreciate hearing from anyone who knows about this family.
My g.grandfather was Archibald MacLean b. 1819 m. Mary Campbell but his father was Charles MacLean b. 1776 whose father was John MacLean b. C.1750 all of Kenovay. Could be related. Are you descendant of a Campbell.
