Topics include the layout of the building in the Reading Room, lack of infrastructure and sanitation, Mary`s exam for her job at the bank in 1951 and her contract, staffing, training, what happened before the bank, built by Hugh MacDonald, Rosemary`s start in 1970 and promotion to Manager in 1997, uniforms, balancing the cash, double keys, accounting, inspections, converting accounts, calculating interest etc, cheques, Mary`s retirement at age 55, bank managers, `Mobile` Banking, and cleaners.
