Hardback book ‘Beulah’, a work of fiction by AJE Wilson about a girl in an orphanage, ca 1900. Presented to Heylipol School by James Coats in 1904. The name Colin MacDonald (Mannal) is written in pencil on the inside cover. James Coats of Paisley, donated hundreds of books to Tiree’s schools and to the Reading Room (now An Iodhlann).
