Alexander MacLean and Ann MacLeod had five children, all of whom are listed on the plaque. They were great granddaughters/sons of Donald ‘The Pilot’ Maclean.

This is correct Angus, according to my information – I was wondering why the previous reply had left Charlotte out – she was the youngest and was the last member of the family to reside in what they called “Iona View” now apparently renamed Charlotte’s House (Tigh Charlotte?).

We were brought up with the pilot story by our mother, Elizabeth Devlin (nee Barr), who was the beloved foster child of Catriona & Charlotte MacLean who were both very proud of this ancestor.
